The response we received from the inaugural Salesforce Architect Community Survey was tremendous. I am so pleased to share the feedback of 280 of our community members from more than 25 countries with you.
This research project will help set a baseline for the important work being done to increase diversity at the highest level of the Salesforce technical arena.
I first became passionate about pursuing the Certified Technical Architect credential (CTA) when I learned that there are only 10 CTAs in the world who are women. When I shared this statistic with others, I was usually asked a series of other questions about the demographics of the Salesforce Architect community.
Since this information didn’t exist yet, I decided to go gather it! Through this effort we hope to create more transparency and to better measure the progress of our work in the Salesforce community.
